Cancellation Policy
Jumptastic has one of the most liberal cancellation policies
in the Atlanta area. We understand that there are many circumstances
that can effect your planned event (health, weather, etc.). Our customers
are allowed to cancel their single equipment rental event, up to 48 hours.
Jumptastic reserves the right to cancel any such event due to the course
of weather and any other safety concerns. All rental cancellations must
be done to our

NO EMAIL CANCELLATIONS ARE ALLOWED
Privacy - Use of Your Information
When you place an order,
we'll ask you for your name, email address, phone number, delivery address,
and credit card number (only if you are paying by credit card). This
information allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify
you of your order status. Occasionally, Jumptastic Inc. will be emailing
to deliver information regarding important functionality changes to our
website, new services and special offers that of interest to you. We
promise that the information we collect on you by email or in order processing
is used for internal purposes only. Your personal data, telephone number(s),
email and physical address and credit card information will never be
given or shared with any source, company, ministry or organization outside
Jumptastic Inc. This promise applies to you or anyone you choose to email
